Mangrove cave is located at the back of Panak Island. Can be reached by canoeing or walking when the water level is low.
These mangrove is over 100 years old. And small mangrove that just grow above the water can take around 10 years. And this mangrove tree only be grown by natural.
The entrance of mangrove cave, you have to lied down on the canoe as paddler go into the cave.

Paddling around the mangrove cave, the ambience is really peaceful and you can feel the calmness in this place.
"Mud skipper" or "Pla Teen" in Thai means fish that has foot. This place is rich in Wildlife and marine life.
Normally, the way to grow mangrove tree is planting mangrove stick into the mud, as our staff was helping to do. Naturally, if there are no people to help this process, the stick will float along the water and when the water is low, it will stick to the guide by itself and that's how it grow.
